Windows forms might be a little outdated, but it lets you do layouts.... you know, the thing CSS makes absolutely impossible? You can dock things, anchor things, center things... all the stuff you can't do easily in CSS. But I didn't mean it should be EXACTLY like windows forms. Windows forms is old and still probably not better than CSS for making websites.
